Progress resets after small update
All my unlocked avatars, frames, and even medals being resets, and need play some matches again to unlock. Medals progress sets to 0% only for Classic, others are locked.
But stats are ok, number of wins, favorite rule, total points didn't get involved

Yea, that's right. It's probably the root cause.
I checked it now!
All my rewards are now available!!!
Everything is fine!

After a break, I decided to go back to playing Uno. I downloaded the current version and when I logged in, I realized that my progress had been lost. I lost my medals and my profile was reset (level 1). Despite this, my Ubisoft Connect achievements were transferred to Steam, with 11 out of 12 completed. I have 133 hours of gameplay and now my profile is at level 1, all lost. I hope support can help me resolve this issue.

Hi - thanks for sharing. Sounds like you're already talking with Support? They should be able to investigate what happened and hopefully resolve it. Keep us posted :).
