NAT is a local matter, only adjustable via your own router and ISP settings - we do not have any control over this.
If your router / network is blocking traffic from our servers due to the relevant ports being blocked, we cannot force this open.
I would advise reaching out to your ISP to see if any exceptions can be made, but if they continue to actively block this information from coming through to your network then please understand that this isn't something we can influence.
