Crossplay?

Is it possible to crossplay in uno ps4 to PC. I got it on ps4 and my friend has it on pc so how do I play with him.

Old thread I know but, is it yet cross platform? If not, can it be? I have the game on switch but it's often hard to find people playing online, would be nice to let all players play together regardless of platform...

yaaas! I mean, it's not a confirmation, but at least it is recognised as something players want! Honestly I think it should be relatively trivial to implement, but vastly improve the matchmaking where I often find just one or two groups playing at a time, and most importantly, be able to play with friends regardless of platform. Thanks for the response, looking forward to updates! :D
