How does Challenging a +4 wild card work?

When you do challenge against the player who played a +4 wild card to you, if they had done it despite they could play with other card except for wild card, you can force back the effect to them and make them draw 4 cards. (Challenge Successful ✅)

However, in case of they didn't have any cards except for wild card which could be play, it makes you draw 2 more cards as a penalty, therefore you have to draw 6 cards in total. (Challenge Failure ❌)
