Why is there extreme lagging in UNO?

Here are my specs before you ask:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor
- Memory: 32 GB
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700
- Internet Download Speed: 72.3 Mbps

I can run DOOM (2016) at a consistent 144 fps in 1080p but can't get a simple card game to work. The game constantly freezes mid game for several seconds which makes the experience very frustrating. It has to be an optimization issue because there is no reason why a card game like UNO should lag on my PC. I've seen YouTubers play this game and they never once complained about it. How do I fix this? I even reset my PC, shut down any background apps and it was still lagging. I also enable run as administrator and still didn't fix it.

Nothing to do with your system. All online UNO games are run from UBI servers. It's their latency that you're experiencing...
