Best rule of them all...
I do enjoy wild crazy games once in a while though. They can be loads of fun. But anything including 7-0 with draw-to-match is way too much for me. Both of those combined will net you a 1+ hour game.
I much prefer a turn based game in which you can't get hurt too bad. A bit unfair when someone goes from calling Uno to having a 15+ card draw.
