Activation Code? WHERE!?

So I try to start playing this and it plugs in a U-Play thing and then the U-Play window says "You need an activation code" but I don't have an activation code ANYWHERE! Would anyone like to clue me in on how this works?

When you're buying a ubisoft game here on steam
It comes with a code to find the code you will have to right click on your game

in your steam library "Uno" there should be something called "Key" or whatever then login to your ubisoft acc and add in the key :)

Maybe I'm just blind but I don't see it...? Right click it in the games list, correct? I only see the usual setting options. Is it somewhere in properties?

yeah i cant find mine anywhere either ive been trying for ages to find it and cant seem to find it anywhere!!!!

Have you guys had any luck figuring it out? Just bought it and am having the same problem, my friends said they didn't have a problem with theirs, apparantly they didn't need to put in a key.

I can't find mine either :/ wtf is the point in buying a game now that i can't play

I reinstalled steam and its working now, so I would suggest trying that.

I've PAINFULLY reinstalled my Steam and PAINFULLY reinstalled UNO, so the game asked me to login in the UPLAY account, without asking the activation key, and asked to sync with Steam account. And finally it worked it out.

In my case after buy/download the game I just had to:
1. Start UNO from steam
2. Create account/log in to Uplay
3. Close Uplay(not log out button)
4. Start UNO again from Steam and Steam asked me if I wanted to link Uplay to steam.
5. Enjoying the game without any problems.

Thank you to the people who posted on this. I clicked cancel where Ubisoft was askign for the Activation Code, and then launched Uno from the Steam interface again, and it said it would link my accounts, and the game launched normally.
This could really work a whole lot better.... but again, thanks for the people who posted. I was really confused.
