Frame Rate Counter at top right corner of screen

I like the game but in full screen mode, there is a counter at the top right corner. Any possible way to turn this off?

Couldn't find anything on-line about it or something to tweak in the ini files, so I sent a message to the website developers. I will post the results when I hear something back. It's a really nice game and I think you will enjoy it if you like games such as Bejeweled. The storyline and integration of hidden match puzzles is fun to explore. The graphics aren't too bad in full screen mode, although I wish we could get the HD version released for PS3. Same way with Plants vs. Zombies -- why do casual games always release nice editions of the game on other mediums and leave the PC community to flounder? Opposite way for big titles, like Borderlands 2 and Skyrim.

Are you sure you don't have Fraps running?

No not at all, none of my other games have it, unless I accidentally pressed something to turn it on. It's strange.

i wish there was a clean borderless mode when out of fullscreen :[

I tried pressing key combinations and everything I could think of to fix it. I looked all over the internet and at the configuration files. They are simply going to have to let us know how to do it. I think its a nice little game, but those numbers take away from the immersion of it all.

I received a response from the developers, but there solution was to provide me with a link to install the game outside of Steam. That kind of defeats the purpose, so I will just 'deal' with the counter issue. I am sure one of the files is a configuration setting, but can't figure it out.
