Don't give up so easily. When you select a ship with your army and agents and move your cursor over land, does it change?

are you clicking on the coast, or like on the land? And do you have troops on your ships?

you cant disembark only in some parts of america. like central america. florida, cuba, dominican republic, venezuela

How many unit do u have? U should have 1.5 stacks of unit at the min. Reccomanded is 2.5. It going to be a hell of a fighting the natives over there. They got the numbers and these tree will ruin ur calvary. Dont expect reinforcement from ur mainland as it takes 10 turns(In my time) to get over there and ur army might as well be dead,

Okay, so you get the fleet with snazzy looking ships ( not gun holks,cogs, or anything else in your unit tray besides the newest ships ) and i forgot the names, so you can only have the new ones. Once you got that you should be able to cross the atlantic to the Americas, if you look at most coasts of europe you would see its sandy boarder, that means you can just land there, but if it is rocky or "high" up you wont be able to land there because its not possible (logic). Then you can conquar,pillage,raid,kill,exterminate, the natives ( i tried making friends). Have fun.
( there is florida/southern America, Brazil,Mexico,western indies. also i am pretty sure it's not the accurate description of the map but hey its medieval )

if you are using the fow cheat you can't move beyond what would normally be a units line of sight so you have to move your fleet turn by turn
