Is There a way to Play Multiplayer Campaigns?

I was thinking and i thought that i would be pretty awesome to have real players in my campaign. I was wondering if this is possible and how to do it if it is.

uhh, im going to assume you guys know eachother. All I know of is something, I think its a mod, called hotsteat, where your enemy army in a battle can be controlled by another player.

I was looking on the TWC for this, it's not impossible but it's a really long pain in the ass process. You have to start a game choose a faction save your game then email the save file to your friend and he loads the save and does his thing saves the game email back and so on... Something along those lines, imo it's not worth the effort.

well there is a mod that adds a hotseat campaign via lan.. you can do a coop campaign.. but im not sure where to find it anymore.. since your brothers i assume you live together so the lan would work.. its just a matter of finding the progrm that enables it.

I did a bit of research and it appears that i can download hotseat on my computer and play a campaign on this computer as two factions, my brother can play on one, while i play on the other. Except i couldn't find a place i could download from. Does anyone know where i can?
