Which name must we click. I mean there is one in the settlement list menu, one in the right hand bottom corner. one in the top right corner when you click on the building menu. And ofcourse the most obvious one, the first one you see when you get in the game. I tried clicking it but it didnt work. (Is this a joke?)
P.S im using SS6.4 mod.
It is no joke! If I remember correctly, you have to click on the actual settlement and then click the name that's in the bottom right, but I haven't played it in a while. I wish I had a more helpful response, but I'd have to whip it back up again.
You mean Istanbul is Constantinople
You have to get into the settlement details. Click on the name and then you can edit it.
