Any good Star wars MODS for this game?

So after hearing about the new movie coming out, all i can think about is star wars. I was wondering if there were any good mods where like, rather than "generals" you had like "Jedi" as a general, leading the army. Maybe even set in the clone wars, with the sith controlling like, the battle droids, and sith generals, and jedi commanding the clones, or some crazy stuff? Any mods like that out there for this game? Thanks.

Not for Medieval 2, while there was a small mod (development ceased in 2009 or something like that), its never really been something that would be considered as working within the total war engine. Someone was making a mod for Rome 2 based around the Battle of Kashykk, between the Empire and Rebel Alliance. But they have since switched from the Rome 2 engine to their own engine so that they have more creative freedom. If your looking for a large scale strategy game in the star wars universe, I cannot reccomend enough the game "Star Wars Empire at War" specifically the 'gold' edition. The game has a strong modding community and is a solid game for any star wars fan. If you want the 4k space hit, there are a number of star wars mods for "Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion". For a more intimate game, Men of War Assault Squad features a mod that is currently in active development and is looking very solid, even with a beta release out.

So no, no Total War mods for star wars, but there is an entire galaxy's worth of games out there, just use the force young padawan ;D

Total war seems like such a perfect engine though, I mean, i have also played Empire at War, but the graphics were so horrible (in the ground battles, space was excellently done) that i couldn't stand to play it. Im not really the type to complain about graphics, but good god, the ground battles had worse graphics than the 2d Age of Empires in my opinion, and it was 3D! idk I guess i just want to see a jedi lead an army of clones, and fight a sith leading an army of droids. There is an Age of Empire clone in the star wars universe called, Star wars Galactic battlegrounds i think, but looking for something a little newer.
