Divide and Conquer 5 installing error

I was installing my divide and conquer v5 mod then i had an error

An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory
MoveFile failed; code 3.
the system cant find the path

I only have stainless steel mod then rest is mtw2 definitive edition with kingdom mods

its working fine all though i just skipped them but errors happen atuomatically so its not a big deal for me

As long as it doesn't result in a game breaking crash....

The file name suggests a roof breaking during a siege battle, I am fairly sure a default file exists in the packed files.
