broken crescent
how to launch the mod? it keeps saying it doesnt find medieval 2...

Sure it says that? Not 'can't find kingdoms.exe'?
If it says m2 then it's an ancient version and you installed into the wrong directory
If it says kingdoms then check the directory path as well. If it is in mods\broken_crescent (or similar for BC) then run my guide:

btw how to install buff and shine? there s no instruction on twcenter

The download at mega (BCBuff2.4.exe) is an executable file\installer, simply run it. Just make sure the install path looks right, eg with 'common' in fro a steam installation.

you sure I dont need to unzip it first?

You cannot unzip a exe file, you can only run it

So the installer was zipped? Or was it actually the rarest of animals, the self unzipping exe file? No joke - it exists. WinRAR I think can make those, but it's barely used because of the confusion.
