Someone please make a View Settlement Mod

I'm writing this as a type of cry for help. A view settlement settlement option like it is in Total War Rome. You may not like the idea, but I REALLY want a view settlement option for this game. There is one, but it is pretty outdated and it doesn't work that well. The game kept crashing and it was a mess.

I know that there already is a mod for this feature. However, if I am not mistaken it is from 2007. Which is quite a while. And believe me, I've tried it. It didn't work that well. And it also kept crashing my game.
It's been 16 years, there are more and better ways of remaking this mod. Which is why I made this discussion as a type of cry out for help. Thank you

I'm sorry to necro this thread, but I'm having issues with that mod. (Oppida)

It works perfectly fine on the base game. You just download the mod and launch the base game using the shortcut for the mod in the game folder.

But I can't figure out how to get it to work on the expansions. (the Crusades, for example) There doesn't seem to be any way to get the mod to launch any of the expansions with the mod activated. Does anyone have any ideas?
