cheats still dont work
tried entering cheats so i can find those out of way places but they still dont work. work in rome only every other total war range there useless in

Define 'out of way places' please?

Using toggle_fow will lift the fog of war and will allow you to see all of the map. toggle_perfect_spy (spelling?, please check in list) will allow you to see details in settlements.

Timbuktu: see the 'toggle_fow' command - it lifts the fog of war so you can find it. There is no command to find individual settlements or other elements.

Rome 1 never had commands for that either.

yeah it works on medieval 1 and Rome 1 but not the second version of ether while I've been of gone back to the older version s not working sure it ever did

The commands listed in the link I gave have been working for me for over 15 years on M2TW, ever since the game came out.

Rome 2 has a totally different game engine (M2TW was the last of that particular version) and while I have never tried it (not a fan of R2 or other later versions) I would assume none of the commands from earlier game versions will work there because of that.

ok perhaps its how your suppose to get in it use to be this key ~ then you d get a box up to type your command in not been getting the box but thanks will retry

getting the box - you may have a different keyboard layout or language which will result in a different key being used. This guide of mine may help, when you open the relevant text file it should show you which key your system is using,alternatively you may set it yourself:

thanks will try it wish we could put pressure on creative to redo these types of games again and fix the few problems really want my ideas for empire to be added
