Report a translation problem
Change kingdoms.exe to medieval2.exe and you're good to go.
look under example and use the second from left to rigcht and do that for the MTW2 folder

then do this
in you third age 3 folder there should be the following files from top to bottom
custom
data
packs
prefereces
saves
a ring icon
TATW
third age 3.0 uint stats [should be an exel file]
third age [this file do you need]
now follow the instructons in the quotes
1. Go to Medieval 2: Total War Folder in Files(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Mdeieval II Total War
2. Find your medieval2.exe application.
3. Copy this to your desktop.
4. Rename this .exe file to kingdoms (if that doesn't work rename it to kingdoms.exe)
5. Drag it back into your main Medieval II Total War Folder.
6. Sorted. Play any bloody mod you want. None of that editing a file stuff.
