Third age total war battle problem
I downloaded the mod and installed it correctly it also works just fine but whenever i want to play a battle it instantly stops and says fatal error

If enyone could help me with this problem

If that doesnt help. My experience with third age and the game crashing before battles often means I had too many legendary units.
see one sauron is actually really hard to render... harder than a classic 150 men spearmen unit.
put 5 of them in one battle and its most certainly going to crash unless you have 30000 gb of ram in your GPU....

Low gfx settings? My computer had a graphics card so ancient it wasn't actually properly supported on Windows 7 (and we were running Win7, soo.... :P) and it managed to run TATW without too much in the way of lag - the only real problem were long turn times.

And if you're putting 5 Sauron's in one battle you have a problem or just really bored. (If you're bored, put 1v1 Sauron vs Balrog. Occasionally they'll chase each other endlessly in circles :P)

This is stupid and abnormal to rename your mod folder as 'asmericas', 'teutonic', etc.
Kingdoms expansion was integrated with original game. A loooooong time ago.
Shortcut (surprise-surprise) works but of course you need to edit it.
(target field as "E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Medieval II Total War\medieval2.exe" --features.mod=mods/Third_Age_3 @mods\Third_Age_3\TATW.cfg as in my case)
As you can see my Third Age has its own folder.
Also you can edit .bat file inside mod folder.
There is no reasons to use 1.3 version of the game. Seriously. Too many guesses and no proofs.

We can see particular problem in the log file:
Building DB error - culture db max settlement level differs from building db max settlement level for faction. (if you paste to me all log file content of course).
So we need ensure that mod starts correctly.
As you use some kingdoms campaign folder for the Thir Age and launch it using steam, i cant' say that the mod starts correctly.

i'll first start with my excuse, i just made my way into the pc world and i have absolutely no more knowlegde then a kid of six. i stranded at getting the mods(1/2 2/2 and the patch 3.2) from modb and thats is basically the only dry land i have, now when you say log file i have no idea what to do, and mate if you even want to help, me then i can warn you cause this is going to take some time.

hehehe, i got to the point where you go to custom battle and sellect your troops, every single one looks like a farmer, asap you are done sellecting them and want to start deploying it quits, sorry for interrupting btw

Looks like it happens because of missed files.
1. Have you any problems with vanilla game?
2. Log file is system.log.txt located in the main folder of the game.
Like \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Medieval II Total War\
it should be in this folder. So launch the mod, try to replay your issue, then open this log file and paste its content to me.
3. Looks like we need to reinstall the Third Age mod.

this time i cant even start the whole thing cause of the missle launcher, i think im gonna clean my sytem of every third age ♥♥♥♥ i have and then download it all again cause i probably screwed something up.

I suppose Building DB errors are not important and can be ignored.
But there is another one:
Could not find character battle model 'slave_general'.

As i suppose you have replaced original americas campaign with the third age mod,
check if you have following file:
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Medieval II Total War\mods\americas\data\unit_models/_Generals_and_Captains/Northern_Captain/slave_general_lod0.mesh
