How do I make a priest in medeval 2

This is probably a stupid question.
I have a small chapel in one of my cities, how do I make a priest from it?

In the unit tab on the recruitment tab on settlements? To the right? The priest?

Keep in mind that the amount of chapels you have, determine how many you can recruit
