Win7 and Win 10 compatibility?
Is the game compatible and upgraded to run on Win7 and Win 10. Does anyone play on Win7 / 10 and have any issues. I plan to get a complete MTW2. THANKS

Running fine on Win 10 for me. I haven't installed it yet on my Win 7 machine but the CD version ran fine on Win 7

I bought the original game and started playing on Win7. It ran fine.
Without my permission I was forcefully upgraded to win10. It runs fine.
I haven't had to do anything special with anything, it just runs.

I think the game is a distant cousin to Johnny Walker.

Both Med 2 (base game) and the Kingdoms expansion run fine on Win 10.

However, some mods (e.g. Stainless Steel 6.4) consistently crashed for me, but running in compatibility mode (Win XP SP3) fixed it.

Does it run as 64 bit for you lot?

Mine only downloads and runs as 32 bit, previously ti has been 64 bit and that is needed for DaC mods.

Are you sure the Steam version is 64 bit? Apparently that's the Mac OS version only.

Only Mac is 64bit. Windows has always been 32bit.

And they say Mac is not for gaming . . . smoking Windows back to the DOS era :)
