From a quick google search it doesn't appear to work on the latest version of medieval.

And considering that Darth quit modding over not being invited to some CA modders summit, it's unlikely to ever be updated.

thanks, is there any mod that work on the current verson? i tried stainless steel but it dodn't work, it tells me there is no kingdoms.exe, what good mod works?

Its because the steam version doesnt have a kingdoms.exe which is required for 95% of medieval 2 mods.

Simply copy your medieval2.exe and rename the copy to kingdoms.exe and all mods should work, if properly installed that is.

There's a way to FIX IT:

It appears that there is some incompatibility in the sound files.
just overwrote the:

M2TW\data\sounds

files in

Darth\data\sounds.

It worked for me.
