Medieval 2 release on iOS and Android

Feral has ported Med 2 to both iOS and Android.

They did this aswell before with Rome Total War, which ended up with a Rome Total War Remaster.

Safe to say, this will also lead to a Medieval 2 Remaster.

I think a Medieval II Remastered makes sense. I think the Rome one is now a really nice game, given the the numerous fixes and new thing it add on top of the original. Sure the original Rome is awesome and nostalgic, but the remastered became a good substitute. Medieval II Remastered would sell like hot cakes too, le's hope it comes soon !

It wont arrive this year. Feral will need to support their new release for the coming period but it paves the way for a Remaster on Steam. So sometime next year I guess?

As for there being nothing wrong with the game, I do feel that it lacks a whole load of QoL in comparison to newer Total War like 3 Kingdoms, Warhammer 2 and Troy total war.

Sure, but that's not what that word means. The RTW remaster was 95% updated models and textures, as far as I know the only substantial (i.e. gameplay) change was the addition of Merchants. M2TW could greatly benefit from this same type of remaster (high poly models & high res textures), those two factors are among its weakest aspects.

Got to be a child still if you are thinking Rome remastered was an improvement of any kind.

I don't, I didn't buy it lol. I'm just saying, at least the models and textures look good. And M2TW has some truly fugly textures (like the eastern european units' faces).
