I did the same mod installment for the sub mod Titanium and it worked fine.
While this submod has arguably the best combat adjustments of any M2 mod ever made, it is very much a fixer upper: there are important crash fixes in the release thread you need to edit yourself, the always on machine gun wall defenses are quite unbalanced (requires editing descr_walls), and a bugged growth script pushes AI settlement levels up too fast for the timescale. If you are looking for a polished plug-and-play experience this isn't it.
