Hello everybody, does anyone know how you can get the reforms for each faction? Primarily Roman, Carthagianian Reforms, and Greek Reforms? So i can get those sweet units.

For Rome I think it won't happen until like 170-175 BC, and you have to have 6 Latifundias in the Italian peninsula, or hold 45 regions.
