Retinue Guide? How to aquire and/or transfer.
Is there a guide out there regarding retinues? How to achieve them, what are the requirements, and how to transfer them?

And not cheating or using console.....

Transferring is easy: have both characters in a settlement or an army, open the character's scroll and then physically drag the ancillary across onto the other character. Not all ancillaries are transferable, mind you.
How to acquire: no guide as far as I know. Given that there are 587 triggers with often multiple conditions it's unlikely there ever will be. Here are the conditions on how to get the custom armour ancillary to give you an idea:
Trigger sitting_around_town_with_city_armourer WhenToTest CharacterTurnEnd Condition IsGeneral and EndedInSettlement and RemainingMPPercentage = 100 and SettlementBuildingExists = armourer and Attribute Command > 4 AcquireAncillary armour_custom chance 15
Basically your man has to be in a settlement for at least one full turn, the settlement must have an armourer and the man must have at least 4 command. And then he has a 15% chance to get that ancillary.
586 triggers to go.....
