Elder scrolls mod question
So i am playing the elder scrolls mod and having very much fun. However, I am currently playing the Empire in the 4th era and rejected military reforms so my units look like those from skyrim game, i noticed that my normal legionaries, stats wise, are excatly the same or even worse than my light legionaries which are cheaper and easier to get. Is this supposed to be? it seems really weird to make higher tier unit next to useless or even harmful

Its fine. I went into game files and slightly boosted their stats to match their tier
