TATW Divide & Conquer Is There A Cheat For Hero Units?

I am 150 turns into a Northern Dunedain campaign and Gandalf has gone and died of the plague...Aragorn has it too and it withers his army away every turn. Is there a way to bring back gandalf through console commands? I don't normally cheat but I find Gandalf's death by plague to be rather anti-climactic and cheeky and I also may need the same for Aragorn soon, since for some reason, even though i've isolated him and all my towns and some generals no longer have plague, my two best god-like generals can't get rid of it.

Besides, if Gandalf the Grey dies he comes back after 10-20 turns as Gandalf the White with Arthedain Knights.

it is Gandalf the White, not Gandalf the Grey, I am 150 turns in.
