Also fun fact: berber spearmen are the only short spear unit that can use schiltrom. This is probably because of an oversight. The underlying model for berber spearmen actually uses long spears instead of the short spears they use in the game wich implies this unit was meant to be a long spear unit initially but either CA changed their mind and half assed it or they made a mistake and gave it textures and stats of a short spear unit but forgot to change the underlying model and remove schiltrom.
Repeat the test and make sure you either control neither of them or switch between the 2. Over time the results will be around 50/50.
