Stainless Steel Download

I just downloaded stainless steel for the first time and I’ve tried multiple ways of installing it. However it all was comes up with a message say ‘kingdom.exe not found.’ I’ve done everything the install guide says and I’ve checked I’ve actually got the right game (I do). Does anyone know what I need to do to install it?

The mod looks for a "kingdoms.exe", the problem is that Steam got rid of it when they rolled Kingdoms into Medieval II. All you have to do is go to your Medieval II folder, create a copy of medieval2.exe and rename it kingdoms.exe.

During game play or before? If it is during then post in the mod's forum: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?314-Stainless-Steel

If it is before then consult my installation guide, there is a posibility that you may have installed one part wrongly. I recommend manually deleting the mod's directory and re-install following my guide closely, especially where the Meloo fix is concerned.
