Divide and Conquer installation question. Need help
So i ve been following the guides to installing Divide and Conquer (no i did not rename my folders ). But instead of lauching DaC, it lauches TATW 3.2 instead. What am i missing? Installed both of DaC parts in directory ending with "medieval total war 2/data

Yeah...Well...Appearantly...You didn't read the instructions when installing DaC.

You installed DaC in the wrong folder.

It has to be installed medieval2/mods/Third_Age_3/data

But uhm....You need to delete everything in your medieval2/data folder because....the moment you launch vanilla, the game will crash or you will have DaC units in your vanilla version.

After you deleted all that, you simply tell steam to verify the integrity of the files and it will redownload everything you just deleted.

Ah...I love that description and do listen to what he says in the v2.1 installation vid on the renaming folders.

correction : everything is done according to guides. Files installed into data folder inside of TATW. Still whenever i try to start a game, it launches TATW 3.2

Yeah well, try again. Cuz if it was done according to the guides, you'd have a working DaC, which you don't.

i did it literally for the third time, it still doesnt work.

Then you literally did it wrong 3 times.

I've given you the install guides made by the mod developer. What more do you want?

Delete TATW and reinstall everything from scratch and listen to what the guy in the vids says.

If you f*ck up even then, no one can help you.
