If you use compatibility mode and admin rights, sure.

you mean just go to steam apps, find the exe for medieval2 . go into properties . Tick Run as admin and select run in Windows Xp Service Pak 3? is that all?

Yes. I have windows 10 and 64 bit. I havent taken any actions for compatability but it runs perfectly.

Applying the Large Address Awareness 'fix' will also go a long way toward stability although that's not exactly in line with the EULA.

It's kinda silly if you run win10 and then wanting to set compatibility to win10. In any case: the recommended setting is win7 or even vista. You apparently didn't see my post (#7)?
