The reason I need it is because I need to try to run it in compatibility mode. I tried searching the entire program files x86 directory for any .exe file (because I don't know it's name) and there were to many, so then I tried the same thing in the steam folder and the same thing happened... I couldn't find it... please help me.
I mean, you've tried searching in various places already except, I guess, in the folder where the game is installed, where .exe's, as per usual, would be located.
But, such a complicated thing might not be achieved by simply going to your steam library, right clicking on Medieval 2, properties, local files and then browse local files...
Nah, that'd be too simple for such a complicated search.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I did go to the local files and i also did the validation and it had no problem. also obviously i know how to run it in compatabnility mode if I find the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ file smart guy. So why don't you stop acting like a jackass and go do something else. Don't insult people when you don't even know the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ situation. BTW why are you in a bout of male(or female) pms anyways? the ♥♥♥♥ i do to you?
Seriously, I just gave you plenty of information to find the .exe for this game and to run it in compatibility mode if only you'd take like 5 seconds to shut your mouth, think and make the logical conclusion in your brain.
Like, perhaps, that file called medieval2 with the medieval 2 icon might be the .exe you're looking for? If only you weren't so stupid to begin with you might have made that educated guess without my help.
If there was such a medieval 2 icon in the directory do you think "I would be on here you silly tribade? There is no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ medieval2 with the icon the internet says there should be and yet I had the download verified and it said it was fine. And no I am not over reacting you are lying and being vulger you are kind of acting like a stupid youtube ♥♥♥♥ tbh. But whatever I'll just give up on the game.
How am I lying? For basically 100% of other people that have this game installed, the medieval2.exe is in their folder you acces via the way I gave you.
Next to that, how am I vulgar if you're the one throwing f-bombs around?
Stop getting your knickers in a twist and take chillpill.
If you can't find the .exe then you simply might not have proper access to the folder or be on windows 10, maybe even both.
But hey, shouting at those helping you really solves the problem right?
I was only a ♥♥♥♥ because you were, also I have no idea why you are still speaking I said I accepted it's broken and moved on.... This place is really starting to remind me of the pond scum that dwell in youtube.

And this time I actually didn't do anything. Unlike other times. Then again, guess the Jameson might've hit him so hard he can't read medieval2 due to the blurriness.
There should be no reason, other than not having administrative rights, for it to be broken. Heck, even with administrative rights you should be able to see.
So let's test something ok, delete random files and folders in the game folder.
Then tell the game to verify via steam
And see if you get a medieval2.exe for free with that
But hey, you could also sob in a corner if you're more interested in that?
I'm butthurt? Have you taken a look at yourself? I don't care that I annoy the living sh*t out of you and just for that, I'm gonna do so.
