Helllo everyone,

i now have another new computer, desperate to play this game, and i came back and looked at it but before i re download it. does this game now work on newer operating systems (through steam)??
Windows 10
64bit OS
Intel core i75500U
16Gb ram

(no idea what the above means just thought it might help)
But yeah will this computer run Medievil total war 2?

But i mean will the game actually launch?
i have previously tried to play the game on newer computer and it would never launch, but would launch fine on my old old computer
so im am wondering if this has been fixed by steam and you can now play on newer operating systems?

you'll just have to see for yourself if it launches

No

Since you own the game, install it and let me know if you have any problems. If we were talking about Rome, I would say maybe, but Medieval 2 should run just fine as long as it is not Intel HD Graphics only.

I just dont want to waste 15GB of phone data to download it to find out i cant play it..
all i want to know is if ANYONE has managed to launch and play the game on windows 10?

Why would you want to download a game using your phone data instead of using your home router?

obviously i dont have access to home router currently :P
and my immense desire to play this beautiful game once again would drive me to doing so.
but obviously no one can confirm so i will just stick with the newer total wars already downloaded

For some it works for some it don't. I don't have w10 so I can't say anything but plenty have w10 and can play without problem.

I have Win 10 Home running an E2-1800 APU (Radeon HD 7340 graphics) and it doesn't break a sweat running the game on high settings across the board. Oh and 6 gigs of RAM, not that the game cares.

So I think yours should manage. That said the recent creator's update did cause some hiccups.

I have not rebooted yet to allow that Creators Update to install yet.
