Unfortunately it doesnt make sense why 2 peens wouldn't be able to enter the local lobby for online multipeen. I will try that local host thing tho.
2. On the next screen, one player will show up. He has to control the character, and enter gently inside the open cabins.
3. A menu will appear. Select Host option (down, again), and then Traditional (Party mode is still not available for online play) hold down again.
4. Select the maximum number of players and start the match, hold down.
5. After doing that, any other players can hold their up keys (W, I, Up arrow, Numpad 8, Up on analog sticks) to join. In theory, it supports up to 4 players on keyboard (WASD, IJKL, Arrow keys and Numpad keys), and 2 players on each additional joystick (left and right analog sticks).
If you don't have 4 local players, you'll have to wait for at least a total of 4 players to be present to start a match. That's it. Just managed to test it here, worked fine.
Yes, it's not clear. Nothing is clear about the game... not the menu selection, nor the scoring, nor how to mix local and online play.
