Im on pc and i bought this game for 4 of my friends to play with but i cant even figure out how to invite them or figure out how to even get into online! someone help please...

Invitations don't seem to work; a few friends of mine and I struggled with that yesterday.

To manually connect to a specific game, you'll all have to go into Online Multipeen mode, navigate through everything until it gives you a selection between "Host", "Quick Join", "Join Game" and I think something else. One of you needs to host, obviously, the rest will have to wait until the host is in yet another game lobby, this time with the screen above the "Open" holes saying something about more players having to jack in. Do note that you can't review the password that's automatically generated for you when you activate the password setting, so the host needs to share the password before actually opening the lobby.

Once the host has set up the lobby, the others need to select "Join Game", then "Sort by: Host". The lobbies are then displayed sorted by the hosts' Steam user names in alphabetical order. Select the game, enter the password, press and hold Down to join after the password was confirmed automatically, enjoy your mutual penile workout.

I can't find anything resembling what you're talking about. I go to multipeen and there's just the screen for 8 players to join up. I can't understand how I would host a game or invite people to play or play with random people or do anything. Too bad :(

Go to online multipeen, consent, you'll go into a room with many "open" boxes", go into one, and select host, or join.

Friends can do the same and they'll select Join, to find your lobby.

When I hold up to consent (after selecting online multipeen), it just makes a sound that gets higher and higher pitched until reaching a point where it just stays that same pitch, and continuing to hold up doesn't do anything but keep the sound playing. Releasing up stops the sound, but then nothing happens. I'm sorry if I'm missing something really simple here. I just don't see what you guys are talking about. Thanks for the help though.

That's really weird, are you sure you're in Online Multipeen and not Party Mode/Traditional ?
The game should lead you to the online Hub after consenting.
You should try deleting and reinstalling the game just in case, or contact the dev about it. I know there are issues when you wanna play with some local friends on a Online lobby, but the fact you can't even manage to go to said hub is weird.

Yeah I'm definitely in Online Multipeen. The box goes up and the Consent words disappear, but no genitals show up and nothing else happens. I'm just left on the same screen with 8 panels, only the top left panel has no 'consent' words in it because I've consented. Weird.

Eh, it's okay. I just wanted to have a laugh with my friend in this game for an hour or so. But since it doesn't work, I'll just refund it. Thank you for your time.

That would be a bad idea to refund it ! Especially since devs are pretty active, got two updates since I bought it yesterday. And it's a lot of fun if you can manage to hear weird sounds and see genitals everywhere.
Don't forget it's still early access so of course it's not 100% stable. But for that price, I find you can just try to contact the devs and, for the worst case, leave it in your library waiting for a fix.

It's funny to recommend a game like this, but the bigger playerbase the game has, the more fun it is, since it's also very random-friendly! :)

Yeah it just lets u guess untill you get it right lol thats what I do to locked lobbies
