Shrines: Mundane to Extraordinary (Turns Gray items into Purples)
Does anyone know if these are in Godfall? So far, I haven't seen one come up. Am I just unlucky or did Garin find them a little too broken and they were taken out this time around?

I have also never seen one. I don't think they are broken so much as just difficult to use and maybe not really all that fun for the player. The "alms for the poor" altars can provide more or less the same benefit and don't require you to clutter your inventory with junk in order to be able to use them.
