Of Recovery is +10 bonus when healed per item tier.
The damage from the effect applied by of venom items increase with item tier.
I think "of Ferocity" can only generate on weapons.
Niveous, did you pull that from the code? Because I could have sworn I have seen of Recovery on rings before.
You're right about ferocity, it generates on all weapons.
Double-checking recovery you're also correct there, the bonus is to healing received and not to health after battle, as well as also being able to appear on rings. I'll edit my post to correct these, but there's no guarantee I didn't also transcribe some other things erroneously, so take the list with a grain of salt.
For maximum loot gathering, would it be possible to get blue (rare) gear that is Lucky Bracers of Hoarding (or something like that?)
Interesting, there is a property called "stopScalingTier" that is set to 5 for these affixes, but it seems to have no practical effect. Wonder if that's a bug or if it was just deprecated at some point during development. I'll edit the list to reflect that.
As far as I can tell it is possible to get both a prefix and suffix of the same effect on one item. Would take a lot of gamblers dice though!
I have seen things like an Insightful item of Intellect so unless the Find affixes are treated differently I believe it should be possible. I have just not seen any "in the wild" but
For back items I think a standard would be the best bet for trying to get this combo since it seems to have the fewest valid combinations. In that respect light armor appears to have a slightly better chance than medium armor. And Robes appear to have a slightly better chance than other light chest armors. Gloves and boots should have a slightly worse chance than any other type of main body armor.
EDIT: Boy, I'm really not sure if there isn't some kind of restriciton that prevents the Lucky of Hoarding combo.I just used a bunch of dice on a standard and did not see that combo appear.

If I counted it right there are still 99 possible combinations for standards so it took a bit of saving/loading, but I got them both (62 dice for greedy/fortune, 108 until I saw lucky/hoarding):

chance of it actually showing up. Again, expect to use A LOT of gamblers dice if you want to make a full set of lucky/hoarding equipment.
