cant find it in my library

as the title states i cant find the app in my library, and i cant start it from the shop site, but it states that it is in my library...
i hope someone can help me figure out why...
(maybe regional lock? im from germany)

I can't find it in my library either, but you can play it from the main steam page.

Uhhh couple years late here but if you scroll over Library there should be a VR section, or at the very bottom of your normal games list but hidden.
