"You Went There" dont work

I have tried 4 times to make the black tape, and listen to it each time, but i still cant get this one.

I have "Emperor of Soundwaves" so i know that i got the right tape

Also having this issue (and have the Emperor of Soundwaves achievement)

I tried deleting my save file (it's located in AppData LocalLow) and then re-creating/playing Tape Tape Tape; which did not work either

Same issue here. Even have the Emperor of Soundwaves Achievement also. Have tried everything from various different scenarios to freemode. Even made a new save like MustardMonkey did and recreated/played the Tape; still nothing. Reinstalling the game and verifying file integrity obviously doesn't work either. Pretty sure the Achievement is just bugged at this point and hopefully it gets fixed in a future patch. That said, I hope someone finds a workaround.

Also MustardMonkey, don't forget about the "VR Forever 100 Years" Tape, it's what got the Achievement for me simply because I overlooked it. People seem to forget about the "Interdimensional Radio" tape as well. Hopefully that helps.

I may have worded that weird; I do have the achievement for all tapes (just not the one for "You Went There")

Same here. I listened to the TAPETAPETAPE tape 3 times and it just won't give me the achievement.
