cant reach the floor....
I cant pick things up off the floor...Ive tried redoing my oculus setup twice, Im using three sensor setup. My hands will be physically touching the floor in real life, but im still like six inches from the object in the game. It is very frustrating. The first time i played I had no problem, the second time and everytime afterwards I cant reach the floor in the game. Can anyone help me? Other games seem to be working just fine.

Hi there! Are you having this issue with other VR games on Steam, or is it just Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-ality? First we would suggest re-running not only Oculus roomscale setup, but the roomscale setup on SteamVR, as well. Let us know if that helps!

I also encounter this problem. No amount of reconfiguring the set up solves it on either platform. Steam or the oculus app. This is the only game that I have this issue with.

Yes! I just bought this on the summer sale and the floor is too low. I can maaaybe sometimes find juuust the right position to pick something up if I put the top of my Vive controller on the floor and rotate it about. Not happening in other VR apps or games. Just raise the floor/lower the player a bit, I don't want to smash my controller into the floor even if it's at a 1:1 level.

Otherwise this seems like great game after messing about for half an hour, so cool to be in that house and garage!

I had the same issue. Found that if I set by height to 10cm shorter than I am on steam and oculus then it works fine
Are you using giant morty mode?

I have the same problem.... 3 Sensors cant reach floor.... and cant run Steam Room setup because there is some bug with Rift where the setup doesnt detect trigger .... so annoying

go into steam settings > developer > scroll down a bit and there's a "quick calibrate" button. my best try was letting the controllers rest on the ground and holding the headset about a foot above it. This fixed a few games for me!

PS. No other settings ANYWHERE were able to fix the floor height until i figured this out!

Same issue, but with HP Mixed Reality Headset. I pound the ground and am still 6 inches away from whatever is in the driveway.

Yeah let me just jump into Steam Settings. Like that's a thing.

How about specify what you're talking about?
