Has anyone figured out how to catch the sharks yet? I've tried live bait and a litany of hard and soft lures, and nothing bites.

hello, when i launch the dlc florida I have no control over the interface, I have a menu in the middle of the screen with exit, restart and option but no interaction. I can move around the map, I even took control of the boat. I don't have access to the Escape key, O key, no launch....

I tried on the other DLC everything works fine

For spinner shark and blacktip try using topwaters such as Exopen and Mister Joe if they are large enough, otherwise I suggest trying other topwaters at least for the moment

Florida DLC won't even finish loading. Just freezes up. Have all of the other DLC which work fine and have even tried re-installing UFS. Figure I'll give it a few days in the hope of a fix or will request a refund. Very disappointed that the DLC was released in this state.

Please send your system specs, OS version and logs from [e-mail]

If F5 doesn't work, please send me output.log when that happens from this location:

Sent. Thanks for looking into it. I don't think the issue is with my system though because every other DLC works OK and I have tried a re-install of the game to rule out a corrupted d/l.

We would like to remind that it was announced in December 2022, that since January 2023 we ended support for 32-bit OS.

As it was said, since January 2023 all DLC's, new updates and content will be working only with 64-bit systems. To play the game on the latest version from December 2022, you need to turn on the 32-bit Beta in-game options:

As of January 1, 2024, Steam will officially stop supporting the Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 operating systems. After that date, existing Steam Client installations on these operating systems will no longer receive updates of any kind including security updates. U mnie ten sam problem z dlc

Hi Raintek, a patch dropped a short while ago and DLC is now working. None of the fish will bite though and no matter what hook size is used I get the wrong hook size warning. Tried every hook size available, large and small. Right now for example the boat is sitting right on top of a school of large tarpon and they ignore every hook / bait combo. Anyone having luck catching anything?

Did you try lures or only baits and hooks?

We probably found an issue that is causing trouble! This is due that this is the BIGGEST map so far with a few hundred fish. Due to that, it seems that on some PCs map is loading for over 40 seconds which gives information to Windows that the "app is not responding".

We are working on it. Sorry for the issues!

saw a player position avatar underneath the map, not sure if player was there or just name position was at like -300 z height

standing in boat while it is driving on auto pilot causes player to jerk around
