Any advantage for spinning reels over casting?

At lvl 21 why would someone pick the spinning reels over the casting reels?

Well, you can use any reel on any rod in this game.. ive found the heaviest bottom rod works great with either the heaviest spinning or casting reels. Caught only 3 marlin so far. 2 of the 3 were caught using the heaviest bottom rod/reel.

You can wheel in faster with spinning rods, while the casting reels can handle more weight. So i guess that depends on what your fishing. If your fishing whitefish it might be a good idea to use spinning, while fishing marlin or any other type of heavy fish the casting reel is prefered.

Note: At low levels the difference is so small it doesnt matter what type you use.
