Report a translation problem
Keep in mind, you'll need to have an actual hook equipped. If you see a hook to the top and right, next to the spool or line, you should be good.
If you mean you want to bait the hook, then go to the bait options on the far left. Click the bait you want. Once you've done that, click the 'equip' option below the rod displayed on your inventory panel. Once you see bait in the once empty panel, the bait is now equipped on the hook. It's not the hook to the far right, but the one below the rod.
