Open ocean
Could you add more fish out there please. It's boring and lonely out there. When you're high level it's the only place worth fishing. Add more of what we already have and or add Marlin and Sharks.

Love the new version without all the helpers by the way. The only profile I'm playing now. Great work! This game just needs more, more, more, more! More you know, stuff! Content.

Yeah I got really bored (and that bs no1 annoyed me) but we wont go there. Those ocean mari-mari fights are awesome though they get so far I had 3 get away yesterday, love it.

yeah this is the main problem for this game atm, not enough content to keep playing everyday.
Hope ice fishing and lot of new species will be added soon.

And stop fishing Ace I'm trying to catch you! You're 1, richard 2, me 3....Then the cheater in my book who shows #1 he doesn't count.

I'd join the competition, but until the leaderboard is cheat proof (and preferablly has more options than just weight/score) i'll stick to just updating the hall of fame.

Onde maybe I can help you temporary and create it at google sheets with filters. It should look better, and your work would be much easier. What do you think?

And about cheats...it is harder than we all thinked. If someone use CheatEngine he can change variables anyway, this tool works for almost every game :/

About opean ocean :) Check fish species subforum :) You will find some hints there :D

Nah, i've got an easy "workflow" for the Hall of Fame thread at the moment. If i used google sheets (tried that with another game) it would quickly become clunky. Remember the website i showed you? Try pressing the "post feedback" button there. Anyway, it would also force people to leave the steam forum to look at it. Thank you for the suggestion though ;)

And cheats, yeah, it is bound to be hard to close off unless fish exist on the server rather than the client. And doing that in turn removes the option of offline play so that would be a bad call.

However, it should be somewhat easy (i think) to hardcode tests in the client code to check the validity of variables during play to avoid (too much) memory manipulation. It wont close the gap completely, but at least that should keep the numbers within plausible ranges.

This is never going to stop. We have another one. Been playing all morning and afternoon. In third place. Now out of no where magically got jumped by somebody all the sudden level 19. ♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm done! Uninstalling.

I really can't stand cheaters, they destroy so many games and even a fishing simulator like really, wtf is wrong with these people?

Maybe it's possible to get some sort of anti-cheat plugin from a third party like https://www.battleye.com/ ? Or does that cost too much? I honestly have no idea but I just wish there was something to protect the game from cheaters and give the player that likes to compete with others assurance its a cheat-free environment.
