How should I set up my casting fishing?

I want to do casting fishing because I'm a spinning angler. What should I do to set up the equipment?
The level is about nine.

I leveled by buying the heaviest of the type of rod and reel I liked and went after the heaviest fish I could find with it.
AT level 9 I would say set up to go after Rainbow Trout in the first lake. I have heard Mirror Carp are good too but I was a fly fisherman when I was leveling so didn't go after the carp.
So if I understand your question, my answer is buy the rod and reel and line that is the heaviest you can get.
