Sturgeons at Baikal Lake

I play this game for a long time in the begging of the year and now I return aafter a few months (level 16).
I notice Sturgeons are far harder to katch now. Am I doing something wrong? I use pieces of fish an a 3/0 hook float at 0,60m deep. Mostly I see very few of them in the hunter view, compared to my memories of a few months ago.

Haven't been at that lake for a while , but I am fairly certain I caught them on 6/0 with cuttbait.

Try them with the red trebble hook midle size or bigger with insects for bait they go mad on them. the ice map is exelent for catching them on as well.
