I kinda screwed up, sold the wrong stuff earlier on and now i have no cash because of 3 escaped fish. I litteraly don't have anything to fish with.. What to do devs?

you have 3 profiles on the start page. start another 1

The first lake is free, so if you can afford just 1 fly or have just 1 lure that works in the first lake, then you can work your way back up.

Well, the options you have left is selling something and/or downgrading.

Do you have more than 1 float/line/something else? if so, sell one and buy bait.

I assume you are past the starter rod/reel/line? - Check what you can sell them for and what you can downgrade them to and see if you can get enough cash doing that to buy bait.

If you are out of options after that, then i'd say your profile is so new that you might as well start over being 1 experience richer knowing what NOT to do ;)

This will happen often due to people wanting to buy the licence in the next lake. The game should perhaps compensate for this problem by having a free option.

The starter blowfly bait could perhaps be free and the starter rod, reel, line, float and hook unsellable.

Indeed, that's a good solution. Anyway, i fixed my problem, i could sell my rod. Thanks guys. And i hope the Devs will make a solution to this problem with a free option.

look at rf4, there is a very basic rod and bait for free, so you can always work your way back in.

Part of the game is managing economics. If you spend all of your funds then you just screw yourself. Why should the game compensate for that?
