If line and lure physics get adjusted so retrieves work correctly, we can actually rig soft baits properly, and the bass behave anywhere close to realistically (hiding around structure) I would pay $30 just to bass fish this one lake all day.
Agreed...the BASS fishing needs to be definitely improved over the development cycle. I also forgot to mention they should add some float tubes/pontoons and flat bottom boats. ;)
thanks for advices! Is this short video showing it right?

Btw. if lures behaviour is wrong, will be grateful if you would give a link to the videos of their behavior in water (underwater footage).
About floating baits - we will have poppers, and frogs. Already got ready 3D models of them:

What you think about this models?
About fish textures - I know what are you talking about. Best textures would be made from hi-res photos of each fish from side/top/bottom. So we can make photo-realistic texture. Unfortuantely internet don't offer stock photos of this things...
Hey! First off thanks for listening and showing desire to make improvement....great! Yes the video shows the basic concept of jigging the bate off the bottom using Texas rig approach. We definitely need the poppers, frogs etc. But don't forget the lake needs logs, lillypads etc. because that's where the big Bass like to hide. ;)
Also....remember Bass are predators so they will hit your bait hard...they don't nibble on the bait like some other fish. They will also follow your bait in and sometimes strike several feet from the shore...it's explosive and exciting!
Again...thank you for showing an interest in making improvements.

Senko / straight worm underwater - they come straight up when the rod tip goes up and then sort of wiggle their way down. That's what a real lift and drop should look like.

Right now there is no way to make the retrieves slow enough for realistic bass fishing. Most of the work with soft baits IRL is done with movement of the rod tip and then you just sort of slowly reel in the slack.
It sure is a visual treat though, eh?
At least they fixed the sinking topwater lures. That was totally ruining the realism for me.

Likewise, many predatory fish have similar behaviors and habitats, although they may feed at different times of day or prefer different water temperatures. What works for bass can often get you a pike, with occasionally disastrous results lol.
