"Camera from the bait view"

Really?? Why do fishing games provides this feature? Where is the fun in seeing under water while you're fishing ! Mystery plays a huge part in the pleasure of fishing... I hate games with this feature, I just do. Even if you don't use it, after seeing the image I just know it's plain water with fishes in it. Why don't you let the magic operates?? Underwater is a mysterious thing, you can't never really see it, you have to imagine it and try to predict where the fishes are or whether they're close to you or not! That's the whole beauty of fishing. Even if it's just a video game, just mimicking it, you should let the underwater be mysterious instead of showing us the plainness of your pathfinding algorithm

You are wrong ;P There are so many fishing underwater camer right now :) You put this on your line in real life and cast the bait :) It is no more a since-fiction :)

I just find it silly, underwater cams are very common in fishing. I am shocked people did not know this.

Rager, the "water wolf" camera is nothing like what we have in the game, it's just a camera you attach on your line but you can't see the image "in live", it just records footage of underwater on a SD card. Can't you tell the difference ? In the game, it's more like a superpower.

There is live feed underwater cams (http://www.killerdeals.co.za/underwater-cameras-c-230_199.html), but it's not something you just tie on a fishing line and cast with your bait...

So nope, what we have in the game is not realistic and it nullifies the need to find the good spot by reading the water.

"If you don't like it don't use it". Yeah ok but there is still a problem with that : It gives an advantage to those who use it. It makes it easier for them.

Maybe it should be an item to buy separatly in the shop ? (and something you can't fish with simultaneously, only see underwater)

Um you do understand that they do have underwater cams. I mean have you seen people ice fish? They use it, You can google and find all sorts of underwater cams. Come on now.

There is two aspects of this subject:

1) The fact that it's not super realistic. Ok for the bobber with a wifi spy cam, but it works because it is top water, and frankly, it's super gadget, if you want something underwater, it must be wired, so you can't just spinning fishing with a spoon or soft bait while seeing the underwater action following it in live. That's not realistic. It's far streched.

2) The fact that it affects the gameplay deeply (not in a good way imo), i mean, it's litteraly a game changer, and from level 1. So maybe an expensive item to buy from the shop ?

It allows you to spot if there is big fish or specific fish that you are looking for where you cast your line. It is an advantage. You throw, you look.

Bites are generated randomly, it does not matter if you see a large fish on the spot.
Devs can correct me, but that's the way it is :)
