Is this VR only or?

I don't see the notification, but all I see all over the place is people talking about VR. I love the idea of this and it's on sale now, wonder if it's playable without VR?

It does not require VR, but it was made for it! It comes with a mode that's made for viewing on the monitor where you would look around with your mouse, click on buttons, etc. Basically the drawback is that you won't see it in 3D and you won't feel the environment all around you.

To launch on your Monitor, you would simply right click on the "Titans of Space 2.0" in your library and choose "Launch on Monitor".

I just asked the same question. I like universe, but I am not fan of VR. perhaps I will still pick it up.
